The Nebo Loop is a scenic byway that goes from Nephi, around Mt Nebo, north to Payson. There are a ton of overlooks, little hikes, and so on. And cows.
This is basically the easiest type of "hike" you can go on. At no point are you actually required to walk on dirt. In fact, you could spend your entire walk avoiding dirt entirely. Wear heels if you want.

First, I just want to say that this hike is actually nearly 2 1/2 miles to the springs. It also gains in elevation, so a lot of that is uphill. If you are as physically fit as me, then you will want to die by the time you reach the top - or your endorphins will kick in, and you'll feel awesome.
If you are looking for a walk of solitude, the trail to Elephant Rock is not for you. Everybody and their dog can be found on this path, and that's the beauty of it.
