    St. George Narrows

    Posted onApril 30, 2017October 8, 2018

There are points of the narrows that feel very… narrow. I tried to take a few good pictures for reference of how tight it was in places, but it really doesn’t do it justice. The crack itself wasn’t very long, and probably only takes about 10 – 15 minutes in total to walk through, but how tight it is makes it feel longer.

    Kanarraville Falls

Kanarraville Falls just outside of Cedar City, Utah is well worth the walk in and out of the river. If you’re down in Southern Utah, this is a hike you won’t want to miss.

    Nebo Loop

    Posted onSeptember 30, 2015July 1, 2018

The Nebo Loop is a scenic byway that goes from Nephi, around Mt Nebo, north to Payson. There are a ton of overlooks, little hikes, and so on. And cows.

This is basically the easiest type of “hike” you can go on. At no point are you actually required to walk on dirt. In fact, you could spend your entire walk avoiding dirt entirely. Wear heels if you want.

The 6 Musts of Lava Hot Springs

    Posted onMay 18, 2015August 21, 2016

Over the past decade or so I’ve visited Lava more than half a dozen times, and through these trips, these six have been my absolute favorite, the must do’s of Lava Hot Springs.

The Virgin River Parkway is for my fellow longboard newbies, the ones who aren’t looking to crush it, the ones just looking for a nice ride.

    Thanksgiving Point Gardens

Let me explain what the Gardens are: They are some gardens. Huge numbers of gardens. It’s a pretty big area, actually, full of gardens and sculptures and landscaping and “themed garden arrangements”. Fifty-five acres of this, to be exact.
